Best thing to ever happen to you in Volleyball: Hearing from former players how much you helped them grow as a person and how they use the lessons they learned to help them in various aspects of their lives- that’s what it’s all about for me! Winning the State Championship in 2016 as head coach of the Case Cardinals was a testament to how having a team with the mindset of team first/ me second is what creates champions. Loved the feeling that their sacrifices and selflessness was rewarded with being the winner of the last game of the season.
